I have lived in Richmond, VA; Colonial Heights, VA; Santee, SC; Summerville, SC; Leonardtown, MD and now I am back in Summerville, SC. I am hoping this was the last move until I retire!

Children

I have two wonderful children/adults. Logan,19, college student and Jessica, 17, graduates 2008.

Hobbies

GO MOUNTAINEERSSSSSSSSSSSS love WVU football, attend as many games as I can get away for.

NASCAR - Bristol, Martinsville, Darlington, Charlotte are the tracks I have been to. Homestead, Daytona and Talledega are in the works.

Photograpy - I take my camera everywhere I go, especially the fall in WV, nothing more beautiful.

Scouting - I was an assistant leader for both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts

FIRST Robotics - I was a mentor for the Robobees First Robotics Team in St Marys County Md.

Accomplishments, if any

Two wonderful kids.

Cancer Survivor - I was diagnosed in 1996 with head and neck cancer and in 2006 they found cancer forming cells in my breast.

Going back to college for a second degree at 36 and beginning a new career in the IT Field.

Life Story

Not much to say, I have 2 wonderful kids. I have been a single parent the majority of their life. I never remarried, been single too long and too stubborn! My parents have always had a very active role in their life. Recieved a BS in Mining Engineering Technology in 83, moved to VA in 86 to work for Philip Morris got married in 87, had Logan a year later and Jessica in 90, divorced in 92. I moved to SC in 94 - back in with my parents and returned to school recieved a degree in computer technology and programming in 96. Started a new career and Christmas of 96 was diagnosed with head and neck cancer and began treatments. Began computer programming in 96, SAP Applications Analyst and Developer in 2000 here in Charleston, SC. In 2003 I began a consultant career with the Navy, first with NAVAIR at Paxtuxent River Naval Weapons Station in southern Maryland and in Dec 2006 I relocated back to Summerville, SC to be closer to my parents after my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I am currently with SPAWAR here at the Naval Weapons Station in Charleston SC just waiting out the days until I can retire back to the mountains!
